Loba Carcassone

Creature Type: Garou
Affiliation: Gaian
Location: New York, but travels often
Breed: Homid
Tribe: Silver Fang
Auspice: Theurge
Rank: 3
Known Abilities: The standard strengths and regenerative qualities of a Changing Breed, in addition to a wide array of Rites crafted to battle the Seventh Generation.

Image: A stocky, middle-aged white woman with black hair shot through with silver. As a wolf, she’s a beautiful, delicately shimmering silver beast.

Personality: She speaks softly, like she were everyone’s mother. Her demeanor and poise are elegant, slightly slow and ever so sad. Yet it’s been seen a fierce anger can spear through her when the Seventh Generation or innocent children are involved.

She runs Heaven with a fanaticism born of singular purpose, coming off quite mad and nursing an inner wound as deep as any of the young charges she rescues, though she has never spoken of what drives her to her zealous work. She spends much of her time on the road, relentlessly seeking new safe houses, shuttling children from one to the other and battling the Wyrm.

Though she’s making steps to heal the children in her care, healing those particularly Wyrm tainted or aged eludes her, though until then she does her best to calm them and ease their pain. She works without Renown, having deliberately kept her task a secret. Were the Seventh Generation to be revealed, she would be known the world over.

The pack’s involvement with Loba revolve around Heaven, who had first intruded upon their territory and then found themselves confronting the pack while they were attempting to rescue targeted children. After a crippling defeat on Long Island, Sekhmet brought the Wolves of Montauk to a small lodge in the North Country Protectorate to meet with Loba herself. She swore them to Heaven’s service and then told them the secrets of the Seventh Generation and the Defiler Wyrm.

Now she’s travelling again, having left the victimized children with the pack until she can create or locate another safe house.

Her kinfolk cousin, Meryl Burghoff, works as a child psychologist out of the Montauk Playhouse Community Center, assisting the pack with victims of the Seventh Generation.
